I picked one up during Prime Day
def nicer than the one we had. Has all the extra cool things like body fat and stuff ans Bluetooth to use with the phone.
But how accurate are they really, clearly not like the bod pod or dexa
but some of these results have me scratching my head like it saying im obese at 179lbs today at 5'11 or it saying i have 27.4% body fat. Not sure how thats possible when i have a clear six pack. But then it says my muscle rate is in the ideal range LOL.

They get thrown off by food and liquids. Eat a solid meal and it counts it as muscle. Drink a large gatorade and it counts it as fat.

Those BIA scales on Amazon are not truly BIA.
