I got one in a White elephant game at Christmas. TKO
Is anybody using one?
How accurate are all the readings?
I only weigh in the morning after peeing. Also, I like to weigh everyday. It's like a game to me. I have to beat my score. If I don't I work out harder and get meticulous about my food intake. It's how I operate.

It's good for trends as long as you do it the same time of day, like you currently do. I would recommend looking at a weekly average rather than daily weigh-in, but you do you.

I have a Renpho.
It's a tad lower than the InBody scan I just had.

Body fat measured through those types of scales is inaccurate, but as others have said you can use for trend data as long as the variables are consistent when taking measurements.
