I'm looking for one to start using. Any good options out there? Prices and design seem to be all over the place. Will be using it to stretch and lift.

Thanks,

Seen these and like them, but they seemed expensive for what it was.

Any desire to DIY them? I’ve seen some pretty simple design that look legit.

All of them are way more expensive than they should be

All the way from Australia. Solid board. Very well made.

I use a metal slant platform at the gym for squats because in my youth, i had a 3rd degree sprain and tore the ligaments on both sides on my ankle. So i have very low flexibility, so boards like these help. Back in the day we used other plates or even a 2x6.

But I'm building one of these before Christmas.

Squats.

I'm using this with the Knees Over Toes program. Currently, he has me using it for stretching only. Really puts a number on your calves and foot.

How steep can you go? How can you make it as *extreme* as possible? And would it be adequate recovery after wearing heels? Sounds like they’d be helpful. Thank you for the info!

I’m sure they’d prefer if you called them Asian boards…
