Shortness of Breath/Lump in Throat

I awoke last night around 0100 with shortness of breath. It has not gotten better today. I'm not having trouble breathing, just feel like I can't catch a full breath and have a lump in my throat. My BP is 107/60, my resting pulse rate is 54 and my oxygen is 98/99.
Additionally, I have Alpha-Gal (an allergy to red meat caused by a tick bite), but the AG doesn't really affect me much.
Also, I have had tinnitus for many years, but just recently picked up a "wind rushing" noise in my left year.
Any ideas? I'm 55, 6ft 3in, weight 215ish and am in good health.

You need to see a doctor sooner rather than later.

Did you ever get it checked out?

Shortness of breath should get you to a cardiologist yesterday. I know here in B.R. it can take mths to get into a cardiologist, urologist, neurologist, etc. office. A 25 minute stress test with a cardiologist can possibly give you an answer. His office can also prescribe several different diagnostic tests for the lump.

Not yet, it lasted about a day or so. Due to BP being low and HR being low, I don't think it is heart-related. That day, I exercised a little more than usual, so that may have been a factor? I generally don't go to doctors, but I may have a physical in March on my 56th day. I think I've seen where his clinic does a heart screen for like $99.
