I would start with something like 531 beginner prep school or ppsa grasshopper. Just take your time, warm up very well and be very slow in progressing the weight. Don’t over do it. If it legit hurts, stop and do a different variation.

Concentrate on learning the proper form on the lifts.

Also the book barbell prescription is a great read for older guys.
