Runners - have you read/listened to Born to Run 2?

If you have, what are your thoughts?

It was a terrible audible to me, but I feel like it would be a solid reference book. There are some particularly interesting form drills included.

I have not but I liked the fist one. I guess this one is less of a story?

A running book I did really like but didn't expect to when I started is Running with Sherman. It's about races where you and a donkey run trails together.

Yes. It's more of a training book than a story. I have it at the house, but haven't started on the program.

Yeah some bits of story here and there (I won't spoil the one about "Blanco Caballo"), but yeah it reads more like a manual.

I was thinking about getting Running with Sherman.
