If you get on test you can never get off.

This simply isn't true. Everyone is different. I juiced like a madman for 17 years straight. Quit cold turkey in 2015. Test levels and free testosterone are normal for my age and I don't need TRT.

Good to know.
Lots of definitive statements being made about test so someone has to be wrong. I’ve never personally taken it so I’ll take your word for it.

Not saying it can't totally wreck your system. It took over 2 years for me to reverse all the negative side effects of steroid use. I am one of the lucky ones. I never tore a muscle, my heart, liver and kidneys are fine. I am alive. I had several friends die in their sleep at age 33 to 38. Was a sobering wake up call. I am betting at some point I will need to be on trt just haven't hit that point yet. I am 43 so still plenty of time for everything to go to shite

I’m 41 and if we were done having kids, I would be on gear a long time ago.
(At least TRT even though my doc said I don’t need it)

You will need to do compound lifts to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle. Join a gym or make a home gym.

Ha! I'd also recommend about 200mg of test to gain 10-15lbs of muscle in 6 months.

Another douche bag response

it really wasnt,

OP is delusional to think he is goign to add 15 lbs of muscle in 6 months with just some dumbbells.

and he sure as hell aint doing it without eating 200-250g protein,

not to mention, op is 6'1 195 and has admitted to not lifting....meaning he is fat right now. so why the hell would we recommend trying to add muscle and fat?

OP, if you are seruious...you arent adding 15lbs muscle

you need to cut with higher protein and try and get strong AF.

if you only want to do at home without a barbell, get a set of rings and a weighted vest also. do body by rings for upper body and do db squats and lunges and hamgstring curls with the rings plus calve raises and glute thrust for lower body.

or join a gym, run greyskull lp aesthetics program while eating in 250cal deficiet and 200g protein a day.
