Recommend a good PCT for SARMS?

Been taking SARMS for a few weeks and it's almost time to get my PCT mapped out. Any suggestions?
ETA: Also, if anyone has tips on front squatting in a Smith machine that'd be great. New workout calls for front squats if you can but the one plane movement has me struggling not to strain my back. Should I just use dumbbells?

Nolvadex and clomid. Google power pct by dr scally, but you don't need hcg. Or you could just use tormifene if you only want to use one serm.

LGD and cardarine stack. 5'9. First time I've hit it hard and consistently since high school 5 years ago. Used to squat 450 and bench around 260. I was surprised and embarrassed at how weak I had gotten. Maxed on squat at 255 and bench at 165. 3 weeks later and I'm up to 305 squat and 205 bench. It definitely works if you hit it hard. I'm sure I will hit a wall soon and the gains will come more slowly.
ETA: Weighed 195 at start and down to 185 now. I also ate complete shite and drank nothing but sweet tea and coke and have been drinking nothing but water and eating extremely healthy. Also my starting maxes are probably 10 or so lbs low as I tired much quicker in my warm up sets than I expected. Guess that's what I get for being lazy as shite for 5 years

Nolvadex (just Google research chemicals if you don't have a source)
I always dosed it 40,20,20,10, but you could possibly get away with your first week at 20mg.
Also, get a quality OTC test booster and something to reduce cortisol. It may sound like over kill, but being shutdown with a lackluster PCT is no fun.
