I’m finishing week three, and my weight is holding steady. I’m following the nutrition plan to lose weight, but it appears I’m just maintaining. Should I adjust my caloric intake down at this point or just keep going with the expectation that I’ll start burning more?

I’m not familiar with their “nutrition” plan, but I would drop 200 calories and see where that gets you.

I did insanity Max:30 and it’s intense.

Thank you. Plan calls for me to be eating five, 500 calorie meals a day for my weight to lose weight. Seems like that’s a lot.

How are your clothes fitting? You might be losing fat and gaining muscle mass. I know my weight didn't drop much when I did it but I lost about 4 inches in my waist.

Not gaining any muscle on insanity. At 2500 Cal's, drop to 2000.

Wait till you do the second month. It’s basically double intensity compared to the first. I actually had to mix in some weights and eat more bc I was getting too small. I’m a small frame anyway but it was crazy.

Clothes still feel approximately the same. Belly fat doesn’t seem to want to go away. I am going to drop to 300 calories per meal to see if there is any change and adjust accordingly. Thank you, all.
