I'm gonna hate you guys if I get hooked on this. How are yall preparing it? Milk? Water? Anything else mixed in?

I'm hooked, I shoot it up intravenously now.

I’m assuming they’re going milk over water, but no idea if they’re adding anything else.

My wife gets almond milk and it's the perfect consistency.

The best would be whole milk and a nap afterwards but...

Most have a lot of ingredients and almost all have soy lecithin. I have read conflicting reports on whether or not soy lecithin is beneficial or bad. Is there a formula out there considered to be the most nutritious without regard for taste preferences?

I do 60g oats, 1 scoop fruity pebbles, 220mL unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 scoop creatine, then like 240-260g of frozen triple berry mix from Costco. Absolute fire - I do it every day during the week.

Looks like true nutrition also has soy lecithin. It is an emulsifier so I'm not sure if there is a way around it.
