I'm looking for a quality pre-workout supplement that lacks an excessive amount of caffeine. Any suggestions?

I've been using Evlution lean energy and the regular one and like that. A decent pick me up, but, nothing crazy like some of the others.

Here's a list of Pre Workouts by content
PreWorkouts by Caffine content

I personally use Athlen-X's RX3 eXcite.

Its got 300mg i think. I love the flavors.

Anything over 400 seems dangerous, no?

Not necessarily, ergogenic benefits of caffeine are in the 3-6mg/kg of body weight.

So an 80kg (176lb) lifter would use anywhere from 240-480mf caffeine prior to training to experience the increases in performance as documented in the scientific literature
