I’ve been using C4 but it makes me feel jittery, headache and down right like crap after working out.
Is this normal.
Are there any that don’t do this ?

How many scoops are you taking? How much caffeine per scoop?
I use jacked factory and normally take 3/4 of a scoop to give me a little boost. I don’t take a lot because I usually drink 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning and don’t want too much caffeine consumption.

I only use pre on Sundays when I go to the gym in the afternoon. Other days espresso. I suggest your start with way less than a full scoop. I use 1/2 of some shite called "Total War". It's more than enough.

Been using Transparent Labs Bulk Black for a while now. I don't notice any jitters or crash. If you're sensitive, I'd suggest starting with their normal "Bulk."

C4 is a low grade Pre workout supplement. Find a clean pre supplement like Transparent Labs that uses multi versions of 'caffeine' to make you come down slow and steady and do not buy one that has a proprietary mix that doesn't list out every ingredient and the dosage.
