I'm looking to find a routine to improve flexibility and mobility. I've searched on Men's Health and they have a pretty extensive list of routines. Was just looking for input. This is an area of working out I tend to neglect.

Thanks.

I started doing some basic yoga after workouts for about 25 minutes each practice and it's definitely helped my overall flexibility and I've learned how to stretch properly. I'd recommend the Down Dog app if you're a beginner to yoga like me.

Agile 8 is a good quick routine.

I do a few things since I'm dealing with heavy weights every workout

I use the lacrosse ball on my spinal Erectors, butt, and upper back.

Do a shoulder routine by Kelly starett called 5 something. It uses the band to stretch the shoulders, lats, and chest.

I then do another lower mobility with the band by wrapping it around my hips, then around my knees and get against the wall laying down and in the squat position. After a minute if that, create a pigeon pose with the bands.

I then do airplanes with my hips and lastly stretch wrists and ankles.

Takes about 10 minutes.

I'll link videos and pictures.

It has helped tremendously.

Agreed on the DeFranco Agile 8. That's solid.

I think he also has the Limber 11 that's great.

Another thing I got from Defranco is simply hanging from a bar for a series of deep breaths before running for that PWO drink.

I need the wrist and front rack flexibility the most.

I have very limited wrist rom, especially wrist extension in both wrists

I went with this first, mainly due to availability.

All I learned after a 30 min session is that I have horrible flexibility, yoga hurts, and that girl doing the yoga has a rocking body.

Noice.

I would at least get a lacrosse ball to your trouble areas before a yoga session. It'll help.

I've been trying to ease into yoga these past couple of weeks. Just tried out the Down Dog app. Thanks for the suggestion!
