Powerblock Elite and Elite EXP Difference?

Anyone know the difference in these two versions?

Looks like the main difference is the locking mechanism for the 2.5lb adjuster tubes, so minimal.

EXP is expandable to 90lbs

The EXP is 5-55lbs with the option to buy the stage 2 (55-75) and stage 3 (75-90)
You can either buy them all at once or get the base stage 1 and order the stage 2 and/or stage 3 expansions later
