Also I think you will have to lose more. Looks like 2200 calories will be a 25% deficit, and assuming 90% of your weight loss is fat, you'll still be about 15.5% body fat once you hit your target(assuming a start of 232.5 and end of 222.5)
I'd try to lose 15-20 pounds and get under 13% body fat.

You guys are going to give the keto crew an aneurysm
Mine:
250P
27-100C (27 on non-lift days, 100 on lift days)
100-120F
Try to hit the protein goal every day, and then fluctuate the carbs and fats to roughly equal 2500 total calories for a ever so slight calorie surplus.

To each their own.
It works for me. I train a lot differently than most people with a mix of running, lifting, and crossfit. I am about 2400 cals on low days and 2850 on high, but it is what I need to stay fueled for the next workout.

I'll finish my 4th week of this tomorrow
Week 1 I started with 30 seconds rest between sets, and have dropped 3 seconds each week. This week has been 21 seconds. It's not easy and I've found myself having to drop the weight on some of my lifts so I can maintain form and do the 8 sets of 8.
Hardest lifts for me have been squats, hang cleans, and assisted pull ups. For squats and hang cleans not so much the weight but just the exhaustion.

I agree with ya on the squats! But I have been enjoying it. I am feeling the "good" soreness again one and two days after working a muscle group.
Definitely have to drop the weight way down... not going to impress anyone with what I'm lifting, haha
