Pec minor/tight pec issues

Has anyone ever dealt with this? I’m 39 and work out 6x a week and am in great shape.
I had pec minor release surgery 3 months ago and it felt great but now that I’m back to lifting and running it hurts as bad as prior so I’m wondering if that was the issue.
I’m always feeling this aching chest pain and shortness of breath with headaches and disoriented feeling.
It’s bad because you feel like you’re having a heart attack and your anxiety kicks in. I just feel like I’m always having this aching nerve pain

Musculoskeletal injuries generally don’t cause shortness of breath, headaches, or feelings of disorientation. And, on the whole, persistent chest pain is very rarely musculoskeletal in nature. I would recommend visiting your doctor and having him work you up for other possible causes of chest pain that better fit your symptoms such as a congenital aortic stenosis or a cardiac arrhythmia
ETA: that you often experience these symptoms with exercise or exertion further supports the possibility that this isn’t necessarily related to the musculature

Had a full checkup with my cardiologist and did every test imaginable. Chest and heart are in good shape

I’ll bet it’s your scalene, subclavius, AND pec minor

Do you do shoulder dislocates? If not you need to start asap.

I’ve tried them this week and it’s helped. Why is that?
