Anyone have any outdoor fitness equipment? I don't have space inside my house so I'm thinking getting a tower for my backyard. Anyone recommend any brands that last longer than others considering it will be outside in the elements?

Salmon made a pull-up bar.

Gymnastics rings and parallel bars are great and portable

ETA: a sandbag would be fun af too

ETAA: I’m just not a big fan of power towers. I feel like they aren’t versatile enough.

Thought about this but don't really want to bolt onto the house

Whaaaaaa? How so? Parallel bars are super versatile. Handstands, planche, rows, chest bar dips, tricep extensions, l-sit, pushups. I mean the list goes on and on.

What can you do with a power tower other than pull-ups/chin-ups and dips? Maybe they have changed over the years idk

If you want to spend the money, getrxd makes a galvanized rig. Get that and a stainless bar and rubber bumpers.

If not a couple 4x4s concreted in the ground for a pull-up bar, couple for set of parallel bars and a set of rings will at you up. Then get a weighted vest, couple heavy sandbags and you are set.

this is my plan

I haven't built it yet (because I've been lazy and had easy access to an awesome gym), but this might push me to finally break some ground this summer

I also planned to get a weather proof box and store a few KBs
