One week powerlifting program?

Funny question here but ....
I’ve been running 5/3/1 since the first week of May (with the exception of Squatober). As you all know, the fourth week is typically a deload if that’s the 5/3/1 variation you’re running.
This month I took off completely, instead of deloading, the last week to let my body heal since I’ve been grinding for more than 6 months.
That leaves this week. I need to bridge it to the first week of January where I’ll start a new 5/3/1 cycle. BBB perhaps?
Anyway, does anyone have any good recommendations on what to do this week?

I would do the normal prescribed deload week from 531. You are going to be sore after taking a month off. The light weight might ramp you back into the groove without too much pain come the new year.

Lol! I had to take 3 weeks off due to losing part of a finger. That was tough. I was sneaking incline treadmill walks with my weighted vest.

A week of one of the pen and paper programs would be fun. Dr. Jacked or periodic table of thickness.
I’m starting strong and fast AF in January. Excited to do some sprints and jumps as part of my training.
