Day 17:
Fastest calisthenics day yet without really pushing it. 21:14

My run after worked was kind of a run/walk deal, but still managed sub 30 min. The cooler air makes it easier to run a bit faster. Calves have been taking a beating.

I'm currently on track to finish 3 fifths of bourbon for the week. I'll take a deload next week.

Day 18:
Really pushed the calisthenics at lunch. Finished 20 rounds of 5/10/15 in 18:47. I could def feel it the rest of the day.

Ran after work and ended up running my 2nd fasted time of the month so far.

So far the body is holding up, although my calves have been sore. Rolling them out seems to help.

Day 19:
Calisthenics in the morning and ran right before the LSU game. Took it kinda easy on both, but completed the workouts

Day 20:
Calisthenics before the saints game and ran after the game. Ran hard but didn’t push my time on the calisthenics. I needed a mini rest.

2/3 complete. On the home stretch now.

Oct 21:
Did the calisthenics at lunch and had a busy afternoon. My sister was in town from Hawaii so spent the evening with her and did not get to run. I will make up the run over the next few days.

Oct 22:
Busy day at work, so I didn’t get to leave the gym for lunch. Instead I went after work and went max effort.
Ran 4 miles, did 50 extra pull ups, an extra 100 push ups and 150 extra air squats to make up for the day I missed while in Jacksonville. I will add a little extra every other day to make up for the missed workout.

Oct 23:
Body felt a little fatigued today so didn’t push the calisthenics. Did the workout in under 25 mind still.
Ran after work today and felt fast on the run. I think that’s due to the cooler weather.

The last few days the workout has felt like a chore, and I’m ready for a break. On the home stretch now, no turning back!!!

What kind of results have you seen so far? Do you plan on retesting your max reps after?

I’ve been seeing pretty good results. Melted some fat off my chest and stomach area, as well as seeing my ability to do the workouts in a much faster timeline. I’ve dropped about 7 pounds so far as well.

I’ve missed 1 full day so I have been playing catch up this week. I had planned on doing a little extra each day, but yesterday went pretty hard.

Ended up doing 200 pull ups/400 push ups/600 airsquats. I did half at lunch and then went back to the gym did the other half and ran 4 miles.

Today I Did the normal calisthenics and then ran 4 miles since I was one full day behind.

Tomorrow all I need to do to complete the challenge is run 4 miles and do 100/200/300.

At this point I have no problem at all doing the reps, it’s all about how fast I get it done. I’ll do an official way in tomorrow as well.

That's fricking awesome and I am extremely impressed, outrageously impressed.

I would imagine your upper body looks totally different.

I would love to see you do the challenge again but instead did the running do the greyskull burpee challenge and see you eat 1.5 x bw in grams of protein while eating at maintenance.

I think you would make crazy size gains if you did that, especially if you spread the reps out throughout the day.
