Nordic Bench Ideas

Moving to the next phase of the ATG program. I need two pieces of equipment that my office gym doesn't have: Nordic bench and a weighted sled.
Now I think I can make a sled at the house. A previous poster had suggested using an old cooler and filling it with sand. I'll tackle that this week. The bigger issue is the Nordic.
Anyone have an idea on where to get one for a reasonable price or have a design on building one? Rogue has one for $700. If it was a multifunction machine, I wouldn't have an issue with it, but a Nordic machine is all it will ever be.
TIA

Try this...
-Take a normal sturdy (not adjustable) bench, rig a strong band around one end to slide your feet into.
-Now, your feet are pretty secured, and the band gives you a good medium to force against.
-As is you can do flat curls. If you want to incline or decline, simply elevate one side of the bench

this, use a strap to slip your feet under using a normal bench.
or if they have a smith machine, you can use a pad and put heels under the bar and use a bench that away. also a lat pulldown works same way.

Slant Board Guy
Just forgot that they included one of these in my slant board order. I'll try it today. Thanks!

How’s the progress been so far?

Just started the Dense portion. The nagging leg stuff seems to be going away (plantar fasciitis and IT Band). Feet are definitely stronger.
The strap worked fine for tib raise and hip flexor raises, but not on the Nordic. I'll have to figure something out for that.
