I guess its been about 6 weeks or a little more since I started. I definitely feel more sex drive and energy. I can still fall victim to a daytime nap but all in all feeling very good.

even with taking the AI inhibitor I still get tingling in my scalp and also redness underneath my eyes(albeit a little less since I took the AI inhibitor). not sure if that is from the test or the hcg.

I swapped last week to doing the daily subQ instead of twice a week. I have read that the body better handles the the subQ in regards to estrogen production or whatever.

I maybe want to wait another week or two and then do some labs. I was just wondering about labs and doing the daily injections. is there any protocol I should do or dont worry about anything and just do the labs?

im nosy so i did them anyway

total test 1433
shbg 12.3
test bioavail calc 1205
test calc free 514
test % free calc 3.6

LH <.03
estradiol <17
prolactin 5.7

still waiting on total estrogen

last time the estradiol was 73.2 so the AI is working or the subq is making a difference. prolactin was 12 and LH 1.0

should I be concerned about the low estradiol?

Pretty stout numbers. What dose and how do you feel?

I’m drawing labs tomorrow and looking forward to seeing a couple things.

i never worked out before but started a little bit lately with a friend. problem is I havent been able to do it the last couple of weeks because of scheduling. I need to at least start doing some type of exercises like pushups and situps I guess when im at home or on the road.

I am sure its water but my arms have definitely gotten bigger along with my chest.

I added it after the reply but what do you think about the estradiol level? is it being that low a concern? I have read about crashign estrogen or whatever,

Awesome. As long as you feel good and your other labs are WNL, Rock it. I didn’t feel great until I went up to 250mg/wk. My free T refused to come up before that.

That E2 is low for that high of a T, are you taking an AI?

I almost feel like I need to come down a little. I am going to let it roll a few weeks with the subq at this level and see. I still get a little tingling sensation in my scalp and a slight amount of redness under the outside corners of my eyes but it seems to be getting better. maybe because of the AI.

only issue i have is i get welps and itching where I do the subq around my stomach sometimes and its annoying.

yes taking the AI half a pill twice per week

What are your thoughts on Enclomiphene citrate? Tons of anecdotal talk on the internet that makes it sound like a miracle drug for T but FDA will not approve it for that and I can't find any doctors who will prescribe it. Only those telecom services like Maxiumus or Strut at insane prices, or buying it direct "for research". It's advertised like Clomid but dramatically reduced side effects.

I've got all the symptoms of low T and am going next week to get tested, but I'm not terribly interested in signing up for a lifetime of injections. EC doesn't sound like it shuts down your natural production like TRT does.

its a serm, imo serms will do a great job of getting you recovered after a cycle but do not do a good job if you are shut down for other reasons. just my opinion.

Just received my lab results after about 6 weeks at 160 mg/ml, prior to this I started at 120 mg/ml

Total test 677
Free test 22.0
SHBG 11 (low)
Estradiol 39.5
AST 52 slightly high
ALT 96 high

Should I try using milk thistle for my mildly elevated liver enzymes? I’m not noticing any side effects indicative of potential liver damage which would be very little if there was any. That said my psa numbers are even lower now than pre TRT

Or should I just dial my nutrition in even better

Have you had elevated liver enzymes prior to TRT? You do allot of drinking?

Thistle is good. So is NAC & TUDCA.

The ultimate antioxidant is IM/SQ Glutathione though.

No

I don’t drink at all typically, I may have had three beers over the past 3 years

My liver enzymes were normal prior to trt

My bloodwork was done no later than 1 hour after a heavy lifting session

I did test positive for hepatitis A several years back

Hm. Maybe others can chime in. Likely a fluke triggered by something unknown, but I’d like my provider look a lil deeper into it. I don’t see a TRT dose causing a spike in live enzymes though.

It’s spiked because of the lifting, 100% normal, happens off trt to
