I've been on 5-3-1 for a while now and still showing steady gains. However, I was just lucky enough to take an extended vacation and I've been out of the gym for a month.

At what max would you recommend I pick my cycles back up. Trying not to get extremely sore or hurt myself. Before I left, my 1 rep maxes were:

Overhead - 205
Deadlift - 510
Bench - 315
Squat - 400

Thanks for the input.

reset using an 80% TM for a 6 week cycle using OG/Triump/or Bodybuidler template and then readjust from there.

Solid numbers.

This is a good time to ask yourself "What am I training for?" and make choices based on that goal. I second the 80% recommendation and suggest a more-thorough-than-normal warmup during that first week back.

I appreciate it, but those are calculated maxes based on the work I've done. I haven't legit maxed out since high school. I could probably get those numbers on my best day, I guess. At a hair under 5'9" and 182, I think it's pretty good.

Honestly, just looking good naked is the main goal, ha. I like to see the numbers rise but, I'm never going to compete and I really don't care all that much if it takes a while to meet a certain goal.
