Need a new fitness program

I am pushing 41 soon. I am 6 feet, and I had been hovering around 179-183 for the past three years. I also did OrangeTheory for 2 years. It is a bunch of soccer moms, but it did what I needed (20 mins of rowing, 20 mins of tread, and 20 mins of free weights).
Over the past 6 months my work schedule changed, my fitness has gone way down, and I am burned out on orangetheory. I am hovering around 188, which isn't a huge spike, but I feel it in my midsection. I don't feel great. I want to get fit and lean.
I have looked at HIIT apps, but not sure if that is what I want to do. I have also looked into crossfit and just a 24 hour fitness. I feel like I will need some structure to hold myself accountable. Years ago I did a round of P90x, but when I tried to pick it up again, I just couldn't sustain it.
Anyone have any ideas for a 40+ that wants to get fit, but is balancing job, 2 kids, and a wife?

Diet, diet, diet. 90% of it is diet. If you cant change the way you eat, and make it a lifestyle, I dont care what programs you do, you will continue to yoyo

Look at my greyskull thread. But diet is key.
Kinobody would be another good suggestion

I'd recommend a linear program for strength building, then figure out a cardio type to layer on it.
I personally prefer Candito's linear control program, but really any reputable linear strength program will do the trick. They'll build out a base strength level that will hopefully transfer as you go.

Why not go back to OrangeTheory?? I love it and when I can control my appetite, I lose weight pretty easily.

Take a look at MuscleEvo (www.muscleevo.com). I do the Arm Specialization routine and like it. I add in some Elliptical a few days/week. I am 59.

Orange theory
I paid over $100 for 8 classes that you had to use within a month and couldn’t roll into the next month. Meh, no thanks.
