Two teenage kids, both active with sports, and take a multi-vitamin gummy every morning. Checking the label this morning, and noticed that this one is missing several micronutrients (calcium, magnesium, zinc, potassium, etc.)
What are some reputable brands that I should look into?

I use Equate. Seriously. Take extra of whatever my doc prescribes such as D and B12.

I take Orange Triad, available online amazon. There will be a lot of opinions on it, most unfounded, so just take what you want and fits your budget.

I’ve honestly felt fine with Centrum. I’ve taken all kinds of crazy shite from Animal Paks to ADAM and I’d stay away from the “hardcore workout guy” multi’s. Some of them gave me weird arse side effects like moderate hair loss at 19-20 years old and your normal “wellness” multi’s will generally do the job- some on here will disagree and say that “X multi is the only way to go” but I would absolutely not let high school kids touch any multi aside from Centrum and I can’t stress that enough.
