I’m 50 going on 51 and just recommitted to the gym after COVID. I was sluggish as hell, going through a bunch of personal strsss and been drinking too much….and was certain my T level was shite. Needed a reset.

So I started back lifting again, getting better sleep and after perusing the bodybuilding.com boards I read a number of positive reviews from Mahlers Aggressive Strength and Estrogen Control. I ordered both and started taking them. Just trying something new.

Just by coincidence I had my annual after two weeks of hitting the gym and about a week and a half taking of the supplements. They took my blood test including the T level and I came back with a T of 595. I was shocked beciause I expected to be bottomed out.

They had my historical totals….which were around 545 or so in 2018 and 535 in 2020. My 2020 blood work was after lifting for about a year and before COVID fricked everything up. My family doc doesn’t test free T or anything else.

That’s a pretty significant jump…especially above the 2020 numbers since I had been working out for a year when that bloodwork was done. I know there are a lot of variables and I’m not running a clinical study….but that’s definitely interesting. I don’t feel any different than I did before. Also, I have been making myself get 7 to 8 hrs of sleep most nights.

Anybody have experience with his supplements? I know these T boosters are mostly bullshite but that kind of jump from my numbers two years ago was unexpected. I need to find a good independent lab to run my bloodwork after my 8 week cycle.

You considered 535 low at your age?

No…I hadn’t had it tested since 2020 and was certain it was lower based on how I felt over the last year.

I wouldn’t think 535 to 595 is a big enough jump to be clinically significant.

Hgb probably ranged from 12-13.5 and Creatinine from 0.8-1.1 during that time. Why focus on just the test level? If creatinine was slightly elevated over baseline and Hgb as well, you could just be slightly dehydrated, therefore “hemoconcentrated” which would account for the slight bump in text levels.

I didn’t buy the sups from there…just read about them in one of the forums. You can only buy them from Mahlers site.

That said…I agree that this in and of itself doesn’t prove anything. Just wondering if anyone else had used them. May try and get tested again after 8 week cycle to see if there is any noticeable change.
