MagSoothe power I drink this to help me sleep and prvent cramping when I'm asleep. Not sure if it's placebo effect but I have good results.

So, started taking magnesium this week before bed. I feel like my sleep quality is better. Even on 6 hours of sleep, I feel pretty good. Might be something to this.

I’ve been taking magnesium oxide for a year. It helps with sleep and digestion

‘ZMA’ type supplements have been researched just as much as creatine and the data supports that they work. Everyone who trains should be on a quality ZMA type supplement.
