I've read that a tsp a day of local honey helps with allergy relief.
Anyone try it?

Being it's made with the local things that may cause issues, building an immunity may help?

I'll say its plausible

Tried it. Didn’t work for me. A friend of mine swears by it though.

I tried it also. Sympthoms will get worse before it gets better. And the sympthoms didn't get better until allergy season ended.

I have bad spring time allergies and now I do not. The only thing that has changed in the last two years is the two honey bee hives I now have in my back yard

It honestly depends what is causing your allergies. It may help it may not.

Honey is awesome though so it’s worth a shot

Yep this. If it’s pollen I think honey helps, if it’s grass or something else not related to bees then no.

This is a clever campaign devised by the HBCTSH which stands for the Honey Bee Council To Sell Honey.
Kinda like the Milk lobby. Or the Tobacco Lobby

I haven’t had allergy issues yet this year and I always buy local honey for my PB & Honey sandwiches.

It may work and the worst thing that may happen is that you will have some delicious raw honey and support a local bee keeper.

My mother swears by it and she worked at an allergy clinic.
