Let's Talk Manuka Honey

Manuka honey comes from a tree in new zealand and supposedly helps with wound healing. Kind of an interesting alternative medicine to read about, any of you baws got any experience with it?

It works extremely well on healing wounds.

It works wonders if you feel like a sinus infection is coming on. One tbsp of manuka and a teaspoon of ceylon cinnamon knocks it out

I bought a 1/2 kilo of it when I was in New Zealand 2 years ago. That’s some really tasty stuff.
