my home gym peeps which is yalls go too

Walmart had the Cap 45lb for $56 each and free shipping to my local Walmarkz

Amazon has the Cap for $56 as well with prime shipping.

Rogue has all kinda different ones, I'm looking at the $105 a pair. But their shipping is crazy high on everything

The York site has them $42 a piece but the shipping is damn near $200

To my understanding most of these cast iron plates, bumper plates and kettle bells are all manufactured by the same companies and then rebranded for Rogue, Rep Fitness, Titan etc.

Used sporting goods stores.

Low end is 66 cents per pound of weights, high end is $1 per pound. I live near two used sporting goods places.

That really isn't an option bc where i live is in the middle of no where

I check the fb sales page all the time but the people around here don't take of their shite at all. For anything they sell.

Fair enough. I'd go strictly best deal on regulation sized cast iron.

Cast iron weights are where I go cost over quality. Except for deads and farmers walks, they don't touch the ground.

The reviews on the Cap ones is hit or miss

I definitely don’t want to frick up my barbell

I’m also about to get an Ohio bar from the bone yard

Use that for my big three lifts

No to Caps. They are not the correct diameter. Look for the diameter when buying.

Just buy local on craigslist.

Yea i ruled those out

Considering the Rep fitness now, for $80 for a pair of 45lbs is a good deal.

I mean, don't rule out cap 35s and below. You just need consistent 45s. I have cap plates as well.

The reps are within 2% of stated weight too. Best deal on the market.

After doing the math with the shipping

Rogue is actually cheaper than rep fitness

4 45lbs with shipping runs $290 with shipping
