MRI shows superior glenoid labrum tear, subacromial impingement and bursitis, and multiple rotator cuff tears. What kind of treatment am I looking at? FYI - 6 months ago I had bicep tenodesis surgery on same shoulder. TIA

I’m assuming the Labrum/Rotator cuff issues are new and didn’t show on the first MRI?

I have a similar issue right now so I’m curious. I have some bad bicep tendinitis in my shoulder, bone spur and lots of inflammation in my AC joint and a small tear on my posterior labrum

Can still work out but pressing and deadlifting set me back weeks every time I make an attempt

Ortho told me bicep tenodesis and “cleaning up” my AC joint and bone spur would be an option

The bicep tenodesis worked great, but after rehabbing I was put on prednisone for a Crohn’s flare up. It made me feel great and I hit the gym hard and must have destroyed my shoulder and not noticed because the prednisone prevented all the inflammation.

I am in a very similar position as you. I got a cortisone shot on Tuesday and have been doing a lot of stretching. Thinking about some easy pressing movements tomorrow to test it out.
