L-Citrulline malate, L-Arginine, beta-alanine and creatine. Good preworkout combo?

Thinking of making my own pre.
This a good combo? These are really the only ingredients I like anyway.
Cheaper and I don’t want the high-stim, non-stim versions. Might bang a Monster for energy if needed.

Two of those (beta alanine and creatine) are only good if you take them everyday. And beta alanine you have to reach a saturation point.

L citrulline is a good pump product and the arginine will assist in that pump.

Are you trying to avoid stims?

l-citrulline is good prework out, increase pump and flow
i would add l-tyrosine for focus, caffeine for energy.

creatine is great but should be a daily take not just pre-workout.

i dont use arginine myself.

I do this with the bulk powders on Amazon but I mix it with classic C4 as well
