This guy was recently mentioned on Joe Rogan’s show, and he’s having a surge of popularity because of it. I first found him on Tik Tok where I watched him do some incredible mobility movements. He also talked about how he went from being barely able to touch the backboard to dunking in his thirties. Link to his YouTube channel.

I purchased a month of his ATG Training App today since it was half off. I think all of the exercises can be found on YouTube though. He does promise form checks via sent in videos but I wonder how legit that will be if he really takes off after Rogan recommended him.

Anyone checked him out before? The mobility workouts are really focused and small.

I've seen his TikToks and I am interested but he comes off as very salesman-y and I question the legitimacy.

I’m hoping so. His mobility is off the carts impressive.

Based upon what? He's obviously very mobile but that doesn't make him not a scam artist.

Yeah I’m skeptical anytime I start hearing about someone or something that seems like a fad.

I’ve never seen this guys videos so I can’t pass judgment.

Maybe he’s legit, but I specifically try to avoid gimmicky sounding advice so I never stopped to watch.

Based upon his programs I have seen, results people have gotten from it and results from people I trust that speak very highly of him.

I mean he is the founder of atg and he has been around for a long time. Many are just hearing about him because of the podcast, but he has been putting out quality content for a while now.

I’d be curious if you can run pieces of his program in parallel with lifting programs. Mobility is great, but I don’t want to spend an hour a day doing it either.

I didn't realize he's the ATG guy. Interesting.

Took about 5 minutes to do the first part of the Zero program. It’ll build though if you want to get into the advanced mobility he does.
