there's tons of vids on YT about keto, dozens of books about it at your local library, full of recipes.

Been on keto awhile. I accepted the fact that this was off the table along with other complex carbs. Having said that, a quick google search showed some low/no carb bread options. $7-8 bucks for a loaf? Holy crap!! Good luck on your keto journey and just have another meat patty.

None of the carb free breads are good at all. Here’s the reality though. Don’t waste a lot of time making look alike foods that you used to eat. A big part of the lifestyle change is to rid yourself of the cravings of the carb/sugar laden foods that are ruining your life. Every time you eat a copycat recipe it just puts your mind into a place where you are thinking about the carb/sugar laden foods. Just cut that garbage out and eat whole sources i.e. no Keto pancakes, no Keto breads, no Keto whatever. Just eat meat, eggs, butter, cheese, etc

That sounds great on paper. The reality is in a pinch i need to make a sandwich and wrap it in some foil. Grilled ham & cheese, PBJ, patty melt, etc...

The low-carb wraps I actually now like better than the regular ones. Most of the mainstream brands have them - I was surprised when I saw them at my regular store.

I also order some low carb bread from Netrition. Check it out. It's passable.

There literally has never been a point in my life where I was in so much of a “pinch” that I had to make a sandwich. You can throw some deli meat into a ziplock or tin foil and some cheese. Wrap the deli meat around the cheese and enjoy your roll ups. Also your better off just fasting when in a “pinch” than consuming tortillas or bread.

Probably because you're a weird a-hole and don't have any friends or anything to do.

That’s fantastic. Between construction and real estate, kids school and athletics, gym, and committees revolving around real estate, I find myself in a time pinch.

Cheese and meat are part of my sandwiches, as is mustard, tomatoes, olives, banana peppers. I’m going at this in a sensible manner. I know Josh Axe very well. I went through his program directly under his mentoring many moons ago. You are wired similarly. Not me chief. Just trying to get down to a 34 from a 36 and then do low carb during the week.

The issue with your approach is you push people away by being over the top with every stance you take in life. If you want to talk about things that aren’t healthy, that’s a pretty good place to start.

I've never tried any but they have stuff like coconut wraps. I've seen the homemade cauliflower breads, like waffle ironing it for a pizza, which I suppose you could use for sandwich too.

I ordered the thinslim zero carb honey bread off Amazon. I've spent $10 on worse in my life. Honestly if its marginally good it'll come out cheaper than grabbing something at the turn next week the 3 days I'm golfing.
