Doesn’t sound like it worked that great. You probably lost a ton of muscle. Are you strength training to make sure you’re not getting weaker?

Extreme caloric deficit with no lifting losing 60 pounds, I don’t think it’s a stretch to assume a good chunk of muscle was lost. Maybe he was lifting smart and just didn’t mention it though.
