It would be easier to just admit what you don’t know

Again, stay in your lane

If you can point to where I said he should be prescribing or even suggest it to patients, go right ahead.

You made the correlation between a glp-1 off label usage and bpc-157’s lack of FDA approval

Again you don’t know, and that’s ok

Just don’t pretend to

Got it, so I didn’t do what you said I did so now you’re saying something different

Thanks for the confirmation

I see you are still very upset with the telemedicine concept.

What you say if it was a quick phone call with a patient who told me they had some sort of inflammation and wanted me to prescribe these peptides (I know this is hypothetical because you know I can’t prescribe them). Would that be ok by you?

No. Pretty simple. Though it would be less egregious

How about if I, as the patient, buy these peptides.... and just so happen to bring them to my next appointment. I mean, since I'm there and all, would you, as my Ortho, go ahead and inject my knee with them? I mean, since I'm there and all. And since intraarticular is the best method, you'd, as a physician, hate for me to so it myself and get a nasty, nasty septic joint infection for which I might have to be on antibiotics for a long time... right?

Just a hypothetical, of course.

He's like... really, really smart. Just ask him.

I bet he passed all 4 parts of the CPA exam on the first time while passing the bar just 2 weeks later. All while working out 3 hours a day. He's just that smart.

Serious question...

Let's say I do have a total knee replacement. How long until I can begin walking again? Not just walking... but walking 4 - 6 miles walking. If tthat makes sense.

Yes. If you fail, it’s because you didn’t prepare. They tell you exactly what’s on the exams.

No

More like 90 minutes.

Behavior like this is what happens when you can’t actually retort anything that was said to you. Your strawmen are noted though. It’s very on brand to make fun of objectively good things like intelligence and health when you feel insecure

Lighten up, Francis. You can dish it out... but you most certainly can't take it. Probably because of your diminutive stature.

I'd say maybe 6-9 months.

You will probably walking the day of surgery or at the very least the day after. Then you will start PT soon after the surgery and they will have you walking there too. The harder you do PT, the faster you will get back to normal.

Eh... too long.

Heck, if I remember correctly, when I've been at PT, I've seen people coming in the next day.. or maybe the second day after... to PT after getting their knees done. Still had drains in.

I do know from what I've been told, the harder you go at it on the front end, the shorter the time frame is for recovery. Just like you said. But 6 months is still the optimistic side of things no matter how hard you go, right?

Yea I am not an orthopod, but that's my most reasonable guess, but like I said it may be sooner if you hit PT hard.

Well, I guess I better wait for Mingo to give his better than professional opinion.

"Well, if you'd have just eaten right and lifted more, you wouldn't be where you are now. It's your own dang fault. I gotta get to the gym."

My advice, go back 20 years and stop being fat
