Mark Bell does a really good breakdown. This is the future of powerlifting I think. No gear, minimal body fat, and strong. Haack weighed in at 181 and had a 2000.7lb total.

Most of the lighter weight classes are like that. I posted about it in the Westside thread. The days of everyone shooting for the highest body weight are over.

Guys like Larry Wheels and Russel Orhii are setting powerlifting records and competing as bodybuilders.

A lot of IPF guys are like that.

Ray Williams squatted 1080 raw with nothing but sleeves and a belt. If he's natural, I may not be able to stay in the human race.

I know they test, but some of those high level guys are doing insane things. Guys like Russ are hitting crazy numbers even if they're on the gas.
