Just started this a few weeks ago and I’m really liking it. Seems like a good hybrid program of heavy lifts, supersets, and really difficult end-of-workout exercises. Anyone done this all the way through? What kind of results did you get? I can already see some big improvements in cardio endurance. Feels like these first few weeks really worked the upper arms a lot. Finally, after finishing the program, what type of program is best to follow it up with?

Is this similar to Dave Lipson and Thunderbros programming?

I have not run this program but will sooner rather than later. All of Joe's proving is going to be damn solid. I am biased though as I am certified for cpps football and learned a ton during his course.

I have most of his programs and all are pretty awesome. I still think WS4SB is one the best programs ever written even after like 20 years since he released it.

I will have to check that program out. I am not sure what to compare this to...I have not done anything like it before.

What’s the basic outline of the program? DeFranco is a legend.

Defranco is on my list of “Experts NOT full of shite.”

His programs are great.

His Strong Bastards program was great for me.

What others have you done? I’m liking the different exercises in this program compared to others. I’ve never really done BB Complexes or some of the other moves, but it’s been a welcomed challenge. I’m not the most experienced lifter, but willing to try lot of different things.

Sb911 and WS4SB but been a long time and of course I did his cpps football course. Joe is really more of a principles guy more so than a particular program but he is very big in the max effort method for strength.
