Does he exercise other than walking 5 miles to and from work? He eats one meal at night and fasts all weekend, too. Is this a sustainable routine?

Someone called him out on this diet pretty quick. I think he has like cheese coneys on his instagram in the last 2 weeks or something so they said obviously he's lying about what he eats

Many people do this. OMAD (one meal a day) which they incorporate through intermittent fasting. I used to do it but it became too hard to squeeze everything in that one meal and so I spread it between two. Intermittent fast is incredibly "sustaining" I'm in year 7 and don't plan on going back anytime soon.

And there's no doubt he does more than what he said in that article.

Ben Greenfield interviewed him recently if you want a more in depth discussion of what he does. He also does 7 minute exercise circuits daily on top of his walk to work. There are other things he does such as sauna and cold showers. If I recall, he isn’t a crazy zealot that sticks to one diet plan. He does OMAD and fasts regularly but I don’t think he is to the point where he wouldn’t eat something that is “unhealthy” during his meal. He also drinks wine frequently.

1. He is likely lying

2. If this is true, this sounds like a miserable way to go through life
