Any time I go high fat, I get severe heartburn. Even with low to no carbs.

I've realized that my max fat intake has to be around 90g.

I need around 2200 calories right now, so I go for 100-125g of protein and 200-250g of carbs.

I can sometimes do 150g of protein, but it either gives me really bad gas or I can't sustain it. It's a lot of meat or protein shakes.

In contrast, my all carb diet isn't going so great. I should never have listened to lsu777 to do this.
