I wonder what a TD health and fitness board get together at an all you can eat pizza buffet would look like after a gym session.

Popeyes? I'd get so sick on so much fried food.

Where are there some good pizza buffets? I haven’t seen any in a long time

I haven't been to a pizza buffet in about 5-10 years but always thought that one in Broussard on 90 (Sicily's?) was pretty good. The only buffets I will still go to these days are a good Chinese one close to my work and a Brazilian on a special occasion.
Most people can eat 4 slices of pizza in about 8 minutes, which is probably the reason why it's easier to overdo it. The brain doesn't have time to send the 'I'm full' signal. Also, it's always easy to convince yourself that one more slice can't hurt.
I eat pizza about once/week but never before working out as it can make me feel lethargic. This past Sunday, I lifted weights and then played a fast paced basketball game for about an hour with no break. It took about an hour afterwards to feel hungry. My kid's school had a fundraiser at the local pizza spot and I then devoured a calzone and quite a few of those thin crust pizza squares.
