What about Stevia instead of Splenda?

Enjoy the Splenda in your coffee

This is my biggest issue with IF honestly. I really miss having my cream and splenda in my coffee in the morning. I've been doing strictly black cold brew coffee instead.

I'm only doing IF for body composition purposes, so how much cream & splenda would you think is acceptable without being detrimental to the benefits?

In general doesn't matter what artificial sweeteners you use. But to be 100% positive it doesn't you would have to test your blood sugar levels after having it. But again, we are over thinking things and over complicating things for 99% of the people.

In general all artificial sweeteners are fine and keep total calories in the fast below 30cals when body composition is the focus. Don't over think it. Don't worry if you go 15 hours or go 17 hours. It's not a big ordeal.

Weekly calories and protein is what you need to focus on. Go watch James Smith on YouTube for a more info on why that's all you really need to focus on for sustained fat loss

I use a splash of unsweetened almond milk when I make my coffee at home. It only has 30cals per 8oz, and I probably use less than an oz each morning. I doubt that 4 cals over the course of a morning is going to have any real detrimental effect in breaking the fast.

Less than 30 cals is considered staying in the fast for body comp purposes
