Ordered from these guys on Friday, just got an email saying they shipped today and will arrive on Wednesday. 
FWIW you'll pay out the arse for them, but they're nice urethane plates. Filled the order and shipped extremely fast, I've been waiting over 3 weeks for my orders from RepFitness and Texas Power Bars to ship by comparison

I ordered directly from Texas Power Bars/Buddy Capps Welding. Ordered 4/2, was told it would ship within 10-15 days, still haven’t received a shipping email.

10-15 business days (which is what i assume) means it should be out by Friday. Good luck. I'm sure you're inpatient like all of us.

I got a couple of bumper plates from gopher to round out my set for $50 a piece that weren't listed on the site. They said they had it laying around from a project that fell through. Worth giving it a shot if anybody needs extra.
