Stick to the topical stuff like I advised if it’s approved with your current med regiment.

It’s awesome for hands, knees, and elbows without incurring the GI issues. No longer need a scrip either. Can get it at Walmart or Walgreens.

Look into arthritis compression gloves as well during flare ups. They can help, especially if you’re flared but still need use of your hands.

Random bump/update. I worked with a new rheumatologist more familiar with my meds and illness. She put me on Mobic once a day with Hydroxychloroquine and Tocilizumab as possible plans B and C.

Mobic has reduced the inflammation tremendously and I am back in the gym. I still have some joint pain, but the fatigue is just about gone! So far so good.
