Sad to see you go! Hope you can catch up at some point.

Today was fairly quick again. Stuck with 30lb dumbbells for my weighted pullups. I think I am going to go up to 40s next week

bummer, life happens. get better.

Day 10 done - skipped day 9 as I have an early flight out tomorrow am and not back til tuesday. Will try and wake super early and run day 9. it seemed a lot shorter so more doable in time window I have....

Todays was long, push ups on push ups.... bench went OK not great but knocked it out...

Did yesterday today, had some water survival training yesterday and that was > 13 hours between travel and class

Will run through Saturday to catch up

How are you using dumbbells? Did I miss that? And are you saying you’re doing 60lbs or is it just 1 30?

I hold the dumbbell with my feet. I saw someone else posted it on the IG story one day so I tried it out.

Day 9 done on day 10

Got it in before heading to airport. I owe a few pull ups but will figure something out for those…

Quick one so glad I decided to switch up days.

Y’all have a good weekend will do day 11 on Tuesday when back

Anyone taking anything for their joints? These 2 weeks have my elbows sore

Week 2 done.

Hit 11 reps today so moving up 4% to 270.

These pushups aren’t getting any easier that’s for sure.

9 sets of pushups at the end is a beast. I struggled on the last set of each. I got 5 on my amrap.

I got 5 @225 on the last set. Probably could have got 6 but they had a lot of people in the gym today so didn’t want to fail…. I was surprised the 95% felt pretty good

Never done floor press before. I'm assuming you can go a bit heavier since it doesn't go all the way down? I guess we'll see in a bit.

Getting the dumbbells into position is my limiting factor on these floor presses

Week 3, day 2.

I’m in the middle of today’s workout and I’m doing barbells floor press. Just made more sense in my head.

Impressed myself with the floor press. I wasn't sure how to get to started in terms of weight and reps. So I started with 135 for 10 and then went 185 for 8. Then I went in increments of 20 pounds, just adding 10s to each side and started doing one less rep. Finished at 285 for 1. Pull ups were tough today.

Did anyone fail a rep on the floor press? I was scared I would drop it on my balls if I did. I think I got pretty much max effort but I would have tried adding 10 pounds if I knew I could drop it without hitting anything.

I didn't but I was very scared I was going to not get that last rep. And I was the only one in the gym at that time and I would have been fricked
