100 per week is as fast as I would go. May need to only do 50 per week. Maybe you do 100 per week for 3 weeks and then just stay there for 2 weeks then back to 100 per week. Everyone is different and it's impossible to say what's right for you. The main thing is don't get married to your plan. Weigh yourself often and be willing to change it up to find what's working. If you're increasing calories by 100 per week and you're getting stronger without gaining weight then keep doing that. But eventually you'll start gaining weight again. You gotta judge if it's good weight or bad weight. It's important to be adaptable in this

Human beings are highly adaptive, especially metabolically. Your body will adapt to a 1200 cal diet and will cause you to plateau. using that logic then you should cut calories again but who in the hell can survive on 800 cal a day and not be suffering?
There’s a better way. Have you looked into the concept of reverse dieting?
