Yeah it’s not easy. I’ve never been good at cardio or endurance
I was able to get “5 Alarm” status on day 1, which is where you are able to do all of the reps on all 8 rounds on 4 Alarm within the allotted time
But I did not get 5 Alarm on day 2 or 3.

I might have forgot to add I’m doing ATHLEAN x1 not the max shred. Did agility workout today and I hope I get used to the workout videos because I hate them. I can’t stand how he just shows you the move real quick and is on to the next one so you have to pause it. I’m used to following along the entire workout. I’m going to give it a week or so and if I don’t like it more I’m going to ask for a refund.

Yesterday's Black Widow Trapped workout was the hardest day so far. I am not sure if anyone can realistically do that workout without failure unless they have trained for it. It absolutely wrecks your shoulders/front delts which makes doing the plank-based ab work that is in the circuit nearly impossible in the later rounds because you physically can not support yourself

So a little of an update for me. I have finally gotten used to the video style and I will say I do like it more since I can workout on my lunch break at work. I wasn’t able to do that with insanity or anything. I’m going to stick with it and hopefully I’ll get results

I'm getting an error too. It had worked for me last week. Any chance of sharing again when it gets fixed?

I'll try and fix it but I don't think there is much I can do. I got a dcma violation filed against me so Google shut off me sharing anything. Not much I can do really.

I dunno, no telling. I got an email from Google saying it was the second offense for the content and they would be taking steps to stop the offense.
