I need a workout routine for 7 weeks

I've been working out recently but I just go in the gym and do push/pull exercises along with squat and abs in the middle. I need a 4 day workout regimen for 7 weeks. Someone do it for me.

Looking into getting in shape. Main goal is to stay consistent and accountable.
