I hear ads on the radio for Relief Factor all the time.

Anybody hear ever take it? Does it really help with aches and pains or is it just some BS?

You can google it and find the ingredients . It looks like a mix of anti inflammatory stuff that you could probably buy independently at a lower cost….like curcumin and Omega 3s.

I figured it was probably a waste of money. Getting old hurts a little.

Why do you listen to the radio old man? Download some podcasts.

You punk kids and your fancy podcasts!
I listen to Rogan, Megyn Kelly, and Shawn Ryan. Sometimes I venture over to Theo. I listen to the radio on the drive to work and home. It's only a 22 minute commute one way so I prefer just listening to the radio.

curcumin
That's the primary ingredient in RF.
I priced out a month supply of it and it costs around $80-90 for a months supply.
If you have pain, curcumin, could give you pain relief. Just beware that curcumin can cause kidney stones.
Omega-3 fish oil supplements can also help with joint discomfort. Again, approach them with caution, omega3 fish oil can cause heart Afib.
Resveratrol is one I take, it helps with my energy levels. When I get home from the job, I don't feel wore out and have energy to do chores around the house.
Those are the main ingredients in RF.
And yeah, getting older ain't is fun as I thought it would be.

My wife had some arthritis in her finger and the doc told her to take turmeric. It cleared right up so I added that.
Yeah….it sucks when you reach the point where your damn joints slow you down more than fatigue or muscle soreness.

I wish I could take turmeric. It worked great for me.
Unfortunately, its high in oxalates which forms kidney stones, of which I get.
To the OP or anyone else, give it a try. It definitely will help with joint pain.
