I’m not even going to workout today now. The body needs a week off. And I may not drink a drop water!

You haven't failed yet. You only fail if you don't pick back up all the habits you just built after your week off

The lunches and breakfast ain’t gonna make itself. My wife doesn’t cook and I like to make them a big breakfast and good lunch.

Usually make 6 eggs and some meat and make a wrap that I split between two oldest. Then youngest usually has a cinnamon roll. Then older boys split a protein drink and youngest has one. It’s the core power 42g ones.

Usually gives them about 40-45g protein or more and youngest usually gets close to finishing the full so gets 30-40.

Then I usually make something like chicken and rice or ground beef and rice or steak/rice & gravy or something similar for lunch for them so they get 25-40g again. Usually I can take a lbs of ground beef and one of those uncle bens jasmine rice microwave packs to make it. Or something similar

That shite takes time to get together for 3 boys. Plus they all ask to be woken up by 615 so they can eat, get dressed, get everything together and then the wife and I leave and while they are waiting on my mother in-law to finish getting ready to leave for school the older two go and get some push-ups and chins in and the youngest likes to go hit in the garage. This is kind of a new thing they started this year and have done some in the past but not this consistently. I’m not discouraging it that’s for sure.

I mean my 5th grader box squared 150 last week clean and the 7th grader 180 with ssb…both can trap bar pull 180+ for 3.

Same here. My wife thinks I'm crazy when I throw on old gym clothes and go workout after 10PM, but between 3 kids, cooking dinner, dishes, laundry, homework etc, even if we split all of that up, I just can't get started before then. Sure, if I was doing some 20-30 minute quick weight session I could, but I like to workout for over an hour. Figure what's the point in getting changed and sweaty just for a half hour. Last night I wasn't done until 11:30.

I've tried mornings, multiple times. Most people say it gives you energy for the day, but at my age it takes too long to get loosened up and warm when the sun isn't out yet and I get better results working out late at night. I used to get up early and ride my bike around for an hour, come back and get the day started. Also used to run early. Once my second kid was born, that just quit happening so I had to make it work at other times.
