I’m constantly sore and hate myself but I’ve loved every minute of it.

We are getting close to pr party time!

I didn't do it, but I did screenshot every day and will run it one day when I have a true home gym again. Looks awesome.

I had to take some time off after tweaking a groin/hamstring. Missed 6-7 workouts.

Hit the 12 lifts last week. Will hit the rest this week at home since I have the garage somewhat open.

400 is still loaded on the bar.

Not running it. Had I known I was going to be home (COVID cancelled our travel plans) I would have done it. Sucks. Loved Squatober though I felt I got weaker in all my lifts but Squat. Not that I really care as it’s about the journey- not the destination to me.

I didn’t do Deadcember, but I am now at a point where I can pull 425+ on command now.
